Sheep
Ham in carpaccio
Ingredients for 4 person:
• 300gr. di Feudo Sardo Sheep Ham
• 3 spoons of olive oil
• 1 glass of sparkling wine demi sec
• 100gr. of arugula
Cut the ham in thin slices, prepare the olive oil, sparkling wine and chopped
arugula in a large saucepan. Mix and bathe the slices of ham.
Serve the slices of ham on a dish and cover with arugula.
Fregola
with sheep sausage:
Ingredients for 4 person:
• 200gr. of Feudo Sardo Sheep sausage
• 300gr. of sardinian fregola
• 10 little tomatoes
• 2 glass of white wine
Cut the sheep sausage in pieces and put it in a saucepan with fregola
and chopped tomatoes. Add the white wine and cook over a low flame for
some minutes. End the cooking adding broth as necessary.
